I am looking high and low for a place where I can just buy a new unlocked GSM phone. HTC tends to have the best Windows Mobile PDA phones out there, but the only place I can find to buy them is from a place that requires you to buy a plan. I'm happy with T-mobiles service and prices (I get 3000 anytime minutes covering my state and the neighboring states for $ 49 a month) and I have no intention of changing.
