Question by Elizabeth: I'm selling a phone on craigslist and some "doctor from japan" sends me an email that he wants to buy ?
So he tells me he's a doctor in Japan and wants to buy the phone as a gift for his friend in West Africa. He says he's gonna pay me through PayPal and I sent him my paypal email and he sent the payment already, BUT I got an email from Paypal saying the money won't be credited to my account until I send them the Tracking number from the shipment at the USPC! Am I being Scamed? Should I send the phone or not?
