Hi. I have had the LG Envy 2 from Verizon for a little less than a year. I have not had any problems with it until now. Since a few weeks ago on the outside part of the phone, the "OK", "*", "#" and "0" buttons do not work. When I push them, nothing happens. I was wondering if anyone else with Envy 2 or any other LG phones has had this problem and has figured out what the deal is.

Answer by TylerYep i've had that exact problem. Ive had 3 envys and they all did that exact same thing.
