Are you likely to hold for long amount of time believing that your call is 'important'?

Or do you press "O" right away hoping for a real person?

It seems these automatic responses are popping up everywhere.. including Yahoo Answers.. (Have you noticed)..When you have a suggestion and use the link to tell them what you think, almost instantly you receive an automated e-mail back letting you know it's been received.

A day or two later they send a survey asking an opinion to how satisfied you are with the resolve of the issue.. but no details on how it was
